What We Do

We'll organize a one-day student business competition with your employees

SuitUp will organize and facilitate an in-person or virtual business competition for your employees. Students will be divided into teams and coached by your employees to solve real corporate challenge, such as designing a new product for Nike, or solving a problem unique to your company. Throughout the competition, students will work on their solutions, with the help of your team, and present those solutions to a panel of judges for a cash prize. Our in-person events are 4 hours and our virtual events are 2-5 days (~4 hours over the course of the week)

we work with some of the best brands in the world...

Check out our partnership with NBCUniversal:

...and they love us!

A pleasure - all agreed it was a good way to spend the morning!

“We could not be more satisfied with our SuitUp experience. Lauren and her team are outstanding to partner with—they make the work of facilitating meaningful and memorable volunteering feel easy. The students were energized by the curriculum and the program was ideal for employees at all levels, from senior leadership to junior colleagues. We did five projects with SuitUp this year and will definitely continue the partnership!”
— --Program Manager, Employee Engagement, Goldman Sachs

Mission

Be part of an innovative movement to increase career awareness in low-income areas

Mission

Be part of an innovative movement to increase career awareness in low-income areas

SuitUp increases career awareness and marketable skills for students that need it the most. We do this by aligning the incentives of companies and schools - organizing simple, exciting and impactful volunteer events for corporations that equip students for life beyond the classroom.

The Problem

Children in low-income communities are not exposed to private sector jobs and have limited career awareness because of it.  Without proper career exposure in America’s most diverse communities, how can we tap into the full potential of our nation’s workforce?

Our Mission

SuitUp increases college and career awareness and preparedness for students in underserved communities through innovative business competitions.

How It Works

SuitUp bring companies together with MS/HS students to participate in a one day in- person or virtual business competition. Students are divided into teams and work with our coaches to solve a real problem for a real company, like creating a new product for Nike. Students present their ideas to a panel of judges and the winning team is awarded a cash prize.
